Management of Workplace Violence

Violence is a harsh reality in contemporary society. Far too many people are inclined to get angry and are prone to act out their frustrations aggressively. The risk of violence in the workplace remains a serious security concern to U.S. corporations of all sizes. Understanding and following preventive behavior methods reduce vulnerabilities.

Our university-accredited workshop teaches realistic awareness of violence-risk and strategic methods for dealing with violent threats. Early identification of warning signs and approaches to de-escalating conflict and non-violent crisis intervention are practiced. Illustration of risk scenarios and responses for personal safety is also covered. The training we provide assists management to recognize, evaluate and implement action plans for workplace violence prevention.
