Crisis Management & Terrorism Countermeasures

Successfully managing a crisis both on the personal and institutional level requires specific preparation and training. Developing and implementing an effective readiness program will reduce liability and losses.

Our comprehensive workshop teaches specific methods to manage complex threats that standard policies used for routine general security cannot handle. Seminar attendees participate in a series of specially developed simulation exercises that prepare them to respond effectively to a local, regional, national or international crisis. Early warning systems, threat management, shelter in place, evacuation and reunification are explicitly addressed. Incident control methods are practiced together with crisis communication concepts. The proper deployment of a Crisis Management Team and effective law enforcement liaison are also covered.
