Commander M. (Ret.), Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, Naval Special Warfare Command (CNSWC) and third in command of a worldwide organization in charge of global Naval Special Warfare SEAL operations. He has more than 26 years of experience in challenging, high level managerial and leadership positions. As Operations Officer overseeing all East Coast SEALs and Special Boat Units he was responsible for the Regional Security Team's (RST) actions within the entire Atlantic Ocean Area of Operations. The RST developed security contingencies for U.S. embassies in these areas to be used if an evacuation was required. Commander M. has extensive experience working with international military and political leadership. His duties included personal briefings to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/ Low Intensity Conflict. As Program Manager of the Naval Special Warfare Automated Mission Planning System (SWAMPS), he has years of experience developing detailed strategic plans for a global organization to meet requirements five to ten years in the future. He has an MS in Business from the Naval Post Graduate School and BS in Business from the university of Colorado.
