Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Three Detachment Leading Chief responsible for the management, training, and deployment of teams in support of Naval Special Warfare Operations in non-permissive environments throughout the world. Missions include Direct Action, High Value Asset Personnel Security Details, and the elimination of explosive hazards including the render safe of Improvised Explosive Devices and Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Mission Coordinator and Team leader for VIP and High Value Asset protection missions supporting the United States Secret Service and the State Department in the protection of heads of state and foreign dignitaries. Provide site sweeps, security checkpoints, motorcade security, threat assessments, emergency action plans, standard operating procedures and facilities vulnerabilities analysis. Specific tasking has included numerous missions protecting the President and Vice President of the United States, the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, and the presidents and prime ministers from North and South America, Africa, the EU, Russia, the Balkans, and the Pacific Rim. Major events include the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, The World Economic Summits, The United Nations General Assembly, and the NATO summits.
